Enhanced journal creation with automatic cursor positioning and fixed SystemJS Response object bug.

**Key fixes:**
- Journal entries now position cursor at end for immediate editing
- Fixed SystemJS storing Response objects instead of text strings when fetch fails
- Bug was returning `res` instead of `res.text()` on failed fetches, breaking journal system

**Technical implementation:**
- Body position automatically persists in preferences as `{x, y}` coordinates after Ctrl+Drag navigation
- Global Ctrl+S triggers manual save outside of code editors (respects CodeMirror contexts)
- Mutation indicator states: Red (unsaved) → Blue (manual save) → Gray (auto-save)
- Fixed timing issue where indicator reverted immediately after manual save

**User experience:**
- World navigation position restored after page reload
- Ctrl+S provides immediate save control with visual confirmation
- Separate persistence systems: body position (sync) vs content (async)
